Room reservations are
the responsibility of the attendees. 150 rooms
have been blocked for the OAEA in the Holiday
Inn El Tropicano Riverwalk Hotel. The hotel is
located amid San Antonio’s downtown landmarks.
San Antonio International Airport is just 9
miles (15 minutes) away from the El Tropicano.
Rates cannot be adjusted at check-in or checkout
for guests who fail to identify their
affiliation when making reservations.
The special OAEA room rate is available from two
days before and two days after the reunion dates
of 3-5 November 2010 subject to availability.
Come as early as 1 November and stay as late as
7 November at this special group discount rate.
Hotel rates are subject to all city and state
taxes.
